Undergrad Research Symposia
Art history majors in the School of Art & Design are required to take Thesis I and Thesis II. In Thesis I, students develop an individual research project in any area of art history of visual culture that interests them. Thesis II gives them the opportunity to write a fifteen-page thesis paper on their research project, with input from faculty and peer review. At the end of Thesis II, students present their research to peers, faculty, and the public in the Art History Undergraduate Research Symposium. Below are links to some of our students' presentations.
