Kid's Kollege

Founded in 1976 by Dr. Erik Nielsen, Kids Kollege has become a favorite summer arts choice for children aged 6-12.

The week long program is taught on the University campus once each summer by Texas State education majors as part of the class, ArtT 3370, which is art for the elementary classroom teacher.  The students prepare high quality art lessons that include emphasis on creative exploration through diverse media, and exposure to artists and art styles from many cultures and time periods.
