"From now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
- Mark Twain

CAPA Learning Center

The CAPA Florence Center, where students will meet for class discussion and critiques, is located in an historic 15th-century palazzo in the very center of the city, minutes from the Duomo. The Palazzo, formerly the Palazzo Valori, dates back to the 1400s and was once owned by Filippo Valori, the rector of the University of Pisa and a close friend of Lorenzo de Medici. The Palazzo is located in the Santa Croce area in the center of the traditional artisans' quarter.
